Please read these Terms carefully before using Pulse OS. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Pulse OS ("the Service", "the Platform") provided by DreamBuildr ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Pulse OS is a cloud-based team productivity and project management platform. Features include task management, project tracking, goal setting, team attendance, HR tools, automation rules, and reporting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service you must:
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Workspace admins are responsible for all users they invite to their workspace.

New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, the workspace is automatically moved to the Free plan (3-seat limit) unless a paid plan is activated. No charges are made without your explicit action.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create in the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not access your workspace content for any purpose other than operating the platform, complying with legal obligations, or at your explicit request for support. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
The Pulse OS platform, including its code, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by DreamBuildr and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamBuildr's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DreamBuildr is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify workspace admins by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may close your account before they take effect.
